“Hi mum ! Fresher’s week has officially kicked off, sorry for texting so late – today has been me running from edge to edge of campus trying to promote academic reps ! I had one in East Building, then in 8 West, then in 10 East but it had been moved to the Edge and then moved to a different day, then a few more in Chancellor’s Building, it must’ve seemed totally weird to see someone just jogging about with flyers”

“’ello ! Did more academic rep promo today, less running though ! We also had a mixer for students who hadn’t been given University housing – there’s such a mix of situations it is truly amazing. This is the first time I have seen (almost) all of us together for a while – I’ll send a picture!”

“It’s almost all over! Spent this morning in town getting some bits and bobs so we can make flower crowns for the FWEMs – they have been working so incredibly hard ! I am thinking of putting in a little leaflet explaining what each one means too – like this”
