Activities Office
In the Activities Office we work together to ensure the smooth running of student activities at the University of Bath.
The Activities Office is located in 1 East level 3. The VP Activities & Development, Activities Administrators and Activities Co-ordinator are all based in this corridor & are here to answer any questions and deal with any enquiries you may have.
As a student your main contact for societies is the Vice President (VP) Activities & Development. The VP(A&D) is your elected sabbatical officer and represents the student body on the whole taking forward any suggestions or issues you may have.

The Activities Administrators are here to assist all the societies so if you need any help or have any questions please contact us.

Activities Working Room
As of September 2008 an Activities Working Room has been set up for all Activities areas to use.
In the Activities Working Room there are computers and an Interactive Board for you to use.
If you would like to use the Activities Working Room please call in to the Activities Office to book a suitable time.
Before booking your time in the Activities Room please read our
Terms & Conditions of use.
Pigeon Holes
Your society pigeon hole is outside the office and is an essential communication point as are the Societies noticeboards. Please empty them regularly so that they can be used properly! It may be worth completely emptying them at the beginning of the year to start afresh as some societies have mail over two years old in their pigeon holes!
Computer, Fax and Phone
From the Student Union reception (1 East, level 1) you can use the telephone, fax, printing and photocopying facilities. Your society chair and treasurer will receive pin numbers for these and will be charged accordingly.
In addition, you may post external mail by putting your club and post class required in the top right hand corner. Envelopes are also available and there is a whole host of other stationary you can borrow!
