TEDxBathUniversity is holding its 10th anniversary annual conference at the Edge Theatre between 11:00 and 16:30 on Sunday 18 February.
TEDx events are always a hugely inspirational experience, filled with interesting and uplifting talks from a wide variety of speakers. TEDxBath University has organised 8 diverse speakers to attend the conference – 4 are even Bath students! Jasmine Mulani will speak about traditional Vastu architecture, Shaurya Singh on the fragility of ambition, Sedona Jamieson on her journey with mental health and Finley Redford who built a Guinness world record drone!
Joining them are 4 external speakers- Dale Whelehan, CEO of the 4 Day Week, Danilo McGarry, who is one of the top 20 most influential speakers on AI, Ed Elias who has started several businesses and Heather Stanning, an Olympic Gold medallist at London 2012 and Rio 2016.
Alongside the speakers, there will also be performances from talented Bath student and poet Elena Chamberlain and student groups Burban Dance and Latin and Ballroom, as well as exhibition stands from Team Bath Roving, Team Bath Heart, Engineers Without Borders and the Philosophy Society.
