Look After Your Mate is a Student Minds workshop, helping people support their friends, co-workers or peers experiencing mental health difficulties, whilst looking after their own wellbeing.

Sign up for this week's grounding yoga flow with Olivia to stretch, strengthen and relax on Yoga Club SU webpage. All are welcome to join (including non-members!), absolutely no experience necessarily. Yoga mats are provided.
