The Articles of Governance and Bye-Laws require agreement from the University whilst the Regulations may be changed at the discretion of the Board of Trustees solely.

BUSU's Decision Making Structure
 

BUSU is in the process of recruiting the three Independent Trustees.  Interviews will be at the end of July and details of the full Board of Trustees will be published as soon as possible after that.
