Get Involved
The Students' Union is a very active and diverse organisation organising and running hundreds of different activities and support services. It is Your Union and while you are at university here in Bath you are a member of the SU and can get involved at whatever level you want from helping to run a society through to being a sabbatical officer.
How much you get involved is up to you, however make sure that you make the most of your time at university and if you want to get involved then you can find out more information here.

Become a Student Representative
There are many committees and groups that you can become involved with, to find out more about them and how the SU works have a look in the 'How the Union Works' section>>
Be an Academic Course Rep
You can get involved with the SU and represent the other people on your course by becoming a course rep, for more information see the academic website>>
Volunteer
The SU relies on hundreds of students who volunteer and help run the activities and services that we provide. All societies and clubs are run by volunteers, all of the SU committee members are volunteers and there are several other volunteering projects organised by the volunteer centre. Become a Sabbatical Officer
Sabbs are students that are elected to work in the SU and represent other students for one year. Any student can stand in the election to be become a sabbatical officer. You can find out more about the current sabbs and also how to become a sabb here>>
