The Ball photographers are offering you the opportunity to capture this momentous occasion by having your photograph taken in the stunning summer setting by the Lake.
Free portrait session, and no obligation to buy
You are free to have your pictures taken on the night, and can come back for more sessions if you want. They don't charge on the night and there's never any obligation to buy prints.
Online proofing
After the ball, all the images are displayed on the website from where they can be viewed and emailed around friends. The website is also where guests can purchase prints, products or digtial files (jpgs) of the pictures. All the students who are photographed will be emailed as soon as they’re online.
They aim to have all the pictures on the website within 12 - 24 hours of the end of the ball.
Prints and products
Guests can buy their pictures in a variety of formats, such as:
traditional prints at sizes from 7x5" to 30x20" (larger on request) and finishes include gloss, matt, metallic, acrylic, canvas
digital files (jpgs)
t-shirts, jigsaws etc
photo books - a bespoke coffee table book featuring all the pictures of the guests and roaming ones from around the ball
