You will be given a wristband upon arrival, as well as a casino voucher. Wear your wristband at all times for entry to different venues, but please note that your wristband does not guarantee admission to all events. Due to number restrictions on some venues, right of admission is reserved.

Q. What should I do if I lose my ticket?
A. Anyone who has lost a ticket should email Adrian at susagb@bath.ac.uk stating their case (how and where the ticket was lost etc). Following this, you may also be called in to the Students' Union for an interview. Each case will be looked at on an individual basis and the SU will decide whether the situation justifies a replacement ticket being offered. Replacement tickets will cost £10 each.

Q. How can I get to and from campus on the night of the Ball?
A. Buses will be running all evening, with extra services between 6 & 8pm and 2 & 3am. You also have the option of taxis and limousine hire. See the Summer Ball 'Transport' page for more info.

Q. I am due to graduate in June but my boyfriend is on a 5 year course and isn't. Can he still come to the graduating students meal etc with me and our joint friends?
A. Tickets are limited to two per student. The VIP's have to be bought by a student who is graduating but their guest can be anyone. The non-VIP tickets have to be bought by a current student from 1st to final year. The same applies to their guest, who can be anyone they like as long as they are over 18 years of age.

Q. Can we buy tickets for non-university guests?
A. You can buy 2 tickets per person. The guest is of your choice and doesn't have to be a student, but must be over 18.

Q. Can I have my ticket posted to me?
A. You can choose to have your tickets posted to you rather than collect it from campus by adding the Postage option to your basket when you purchase your tickets. This will cost an extra £1.95. Tickets will then be sent by recorded delivery. To ensure we have your correct address can you send confirmation of your address details once you have purchased your tickets to: SUBars-Ents@bath.ac.uk

Q. Where do I collect my ticket?
A. If you are not having your ticket posted to you, tickets can be collected from the Student Union Finance Office between 11am - 3pm only on Monday to Friday.

Q. What happens if I lose something at the Ball?
A. Lost property will be handed in to the Level One Cafe on the night and looked after by Rag Volunteers. On the Monday after the ball all lost property will be available from the Students' Union Reception. A week later it will be handed to Security who will look after it from then on.

Q. Where can I get my suit/ball gown?

Q. What food will be served at the Graduate Dinner?
A. A three course dinner will be served, with a vegetarian option. See the Summer Ball 'Food & Drink' page for more info.

Q. I have food allergies/specific diet requirements. What should I do?
A. When you submit your table details through the submission form on the Summer Ball 'Food and Drink' Page, please note any dietary requirements in the appropriate column on the form.

Q. Will I have access to cash machines at the ball?
A. Elements and the Parade bar will be offering cashback during the event.

Q. Is there going to be any first aid available? cash machines
A. St John will be on site for emergencies. A first aid point will be located down by the lake, outside Level One.

Q. Where are the toilets located on campus?
A. Toilets are located in Elements, next to the Terrace, outside the Sports Hall in the East Car Park, and the Parade Bar.

Q. Will I be able to get my photo taken in my suit/gown?
A. Photographers will be set up in the Amphitheatre to take photos of you and your friends on this special occasion.

Q. What is the Disabled access like at the ball?
A. Please see the Venues section of the Summer Ball for more information on Disabled access.

Q. Why is the Ball not at the Racecourse this year?
A. The Racecourse has a race day on the Sunday at 12pm, the day after the ball. Unfortunately, we cannot get the site turned around quickly enough for this to happen.
