Meetings
| As a Club Chair or Treasurer you are expected to attend General Meetings (GMs) that happen 3-4 times a semester.
If you are unable to attend, any member of your committee can take place and any member of the SA can sit in these meetings. However, your club has only one vote. Your clubs absence from these meetings WILL be noted and you may be called before the SA Exec and penalised.
