The Activities Administrators assist all the sports clubs, arranging transport and accommodation for tournaments, ensuring the BUCS Wednesday fixtures go to plan, dealing with coaching contracts and helping to ensure that students can enjoy recreational sport.

Using the Office
The Activities Office is in 1 East 3.19. Go through the doors next to the games machines in the Plug Bar and follow the corridor round. We are the first door on the left.
Your club pigeon hole is outside the office and is an essential communication point as are the SA noticeboards.
Your individual club noticeboards are all downstairs on level 2 just to the right of the Students Union shop - please use these to distribute club info!
Computer, Fax and Phone
You can also use the telephone, fax, printing and photocopying facilities. Your club chair and treasurer will receive pin numbers for these and will be charged accordingly. In addition, you may post external mail from the office, by putting your club and post class required in the top right hand corner. Envelopes are also available and there is a whole host of other stationary you can borrow!
