The all new Wellness and Fitness programme for 2007-08 brings a range of new non-competitive opportunities to SA members and staff of the Department of Sports Development and Recreation.

 

There will be a variety of participation sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. This will include aerobics sessions, circuit training, flexibility sessions, ball skills classes and more. There will also be weekly workshop sessions running on topics such as nutrition, rest and recovery, time management and writing training programmes.

 

This programme should provide something for everyone, with occasional participants able to show up as they please, and committed team members incorporating sessions into their training programmes.

Particularly exciting is the delivery of educational sessions to any interested student, where normally they'd be found only in elite training programmes. For more details on the programme and the sessions coming up, keep an eye on this page.

Monday 13.15 - 14.05 CIRCUIT TRAINING

Tuesday 7.45 - 8.45 CIRCUIT TRAINING

Friday 16.00 - 17.00 SPEED, AGILITY, QUICKNESS
