Information about the club
The Tai Chi club is small, yet friendly and is run informally for two classes a week of the Li family style. A variety of activities is covered to give a greater understanding of T'ai Chi Chu'an as a whole including, breathing exercises (both Dao Yin and K'ai Men), some martial aspects, the T'ai Chi Chu'an short form and activities on postures. Beginners are very welcome, as well as people of all fitnesses, as the classes will help to gradually improve fitness and well-being.
There is also the opportunity to train at local and residential courses due to being an affiliated member of The Taoist Arts organisation. Socials are regularly arranged and every member of the club is welcome.
Note: The £5 from the taster session will be given back to you if you then join our club! THIS IS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR!!
