Welcome to the University of Bath Cricket Club, 2008-2009.

The Cricket Club caters for all standards of cricket from the social/village player right through to county and British University players. The men's section boasts three teams all contesting in the BUCS championships, with the 1st team coming second in the league (winning 5 out of 6 games) last season and were beaten by Loughborough 2nd XI in the trophy. The women's section is also very active reaching the Lord's final in the indoor competion as well as the final of BUCS three years ago after winning the competition the year before. This year, we will have Jonathan 'Lovejoy' Green returning as our coach, as well as Hadyn Morgan - who formally played for Somerset County Cricket Club and has also played first class cricket in New Zealand giving us a helping hand.

The Club socials, as ever, promise to provide a year of solid messiness. Watch this space for news of the first socials of the year!

For all you returning club veterans, get yourself singed up on-line ASAP. All you keen Freshers can pay us a visit at the Freshers' Fair (Monday 29th Sepetmeber) where our more than friendly committee will sign you up to the most sociable club on campus!
