Q: I want to take part in a SORTED training session. What do I need to do?
A: Purchase a SORTED passport and then go to 'Book Your Course'. The passport can be bought at the Finance Office in Norwood House, level 3.
Q. How will I know where to go?
We will email you the room number within 48 hours of the session. You can also ring us on 3403 or drop into the office.
Q: Can I go to any SORTED events without having to pay the £10 deposit for the SORTED passport?.
A:We do have free taster sessions in September but aside from that you must pay the deposit.
Q: What if I book on a course but cannot make it?
A: Let us know at least two days in advance. None of the SORTED trainers are paid to do the sessions, so please respect the fact that they are volunteering their services for your benefit. If you don't give adequate notice you risk losing your deposit.
Q: When will I get my deposit back?
A: You will be able to collect your deposit from the Students’ Union Finance office between 1st and 31st May 2009 after the SORTED awards ceremony has taken place. We are sorry but under no circumstances is it possible to give out deposits earlier than this, as all of our data on attendance has to be filed and processed through Finance - this happens in April.
