Finance Request Form
The finance request form is the method to reclaim money you have spent on your society from your own pocket. You have to complete in full and then get your society treasurer and either the society treasuere or VP Actiivities to sign off your request. Then take it to the Finance office for processing.
Goods / Services Order Authorisation
If you are looking to order some items or equipment or the services of personnel then you need to complete this form to ask for this. Again the form has to be authorised by your society treasurer and VP Activities. Then pass it to the finance office for processing.
Special Request Fund Application
If you feel you require more funding for society purposes either and event or equipment then one of these has to be completed. Once submitted to the Societies office it will be discussed at the relevant executive meeting to be voted for approval. The outcome will be notificed to the contact on the application.
Transfer Request Form
This form is available if you wish to transfers funds from your account to another account. An example being when showbaords are booked a £15 fee is to be paid. By using this form it is a easy way to pay for things by means of internal transfers.
Coach Hire Form
When you are looking to book a coach for a trip or event then to initiate things one of these forms needs to be completed. Once filled and signed by VP Activities then the Society office will book the coach on your behalf. Your copy of the order form will be put in your pigeon hole once order has been faxed.
