Equipment Record
You will be required to keep a record of all the equipment that your society owns for insurance purposes. At the beginning of each year the society committee will be asked to fill in a Schedule of Equipment form and return it to the office, please make sure that forms are returned promptly so the Societies Office has an accurate record.

Storage
Storage space is at a premium both within the Students' Union and across campus. We have luckily acquired a lock up garage (the Motor Pit) near the Biological Sciences department. This has been converted into small units which can house bulky equipment, boxes, paintings, etc. We only have one key to this store which is kept in the Societies Office, therefore we ask that you leave your NUS card when collecting it. We also have a small lockable cabinet in the Societies Office which can be used for storing valuable small items.
Digital Camera
The Union camera is held in the SU Reception (Norwood Level 2, opposite Munchies) and societies are welcome to use it to record their events. There is a diary which needs to be filled to avoid double booking, but make sure you book the camera in advance- contact Lorna Dagger on adslkb@bath.ac.uk or ext. 6612.
Musical Instruments
The Music Society has a large practice room with various instruments. If you wish to borrow any of this equipment you may be asked to pay a small fee if you are not a member of Musicsoc, otherwise it is free. Members of Music Society will have priority over other bookings. Of course, all equipment is expected to be returned undamaged.
