EVENTS

 

If you are planning a 'Social' and it is not covered by your Generic Risk Assesment you will need to complete an Events Risk Assessment form.
 
You must complete a Trip List Form if you are travelling outside of Bath with your society or activity. 
 
A Coach Hire Form must be completed in order for us to book you a coach for your trip.

 
If you are planning on booking a venue, accomodation, catering etc for an event and you plan to sell tickets to your members you must complete an Events Form.

This form must be submitted to the Activities Office so the VP A & D, VP Sport and Activities Co-ordinator can agree and sign off your plan or advise you  on what to do to improve it.
 
In some circumstances your Event Planner may be submitted the the Students' Union Events Committee. The Events Committee will discuss your plan and agree whether you may proceed or not - It it therefore very important that you complete the Event Planner as thoroughly as possible.  
 
If your Event Planner is not signed of by the VP A & D, VP Sport, Activities Co-Ordinator or Events Committee the Students' Union will accept no responsibilty for any costs incurred.
 
All forms must be submitted to societiesoffice@bath.ac.uk for processing and authorisation, if there are any problems with your completed forms we will email you.
 
For trips within the UK - forms must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.
For trips outside of the UK - forms must be submitted at least 1 month in advance.
