ICIA

ICIA is the hub of creative life on campus. It provides opportunities for students, staff, the local community and artists to experience and engage with the visual and performing arts. Working alongside the Student’s Union, it offers help and support to the creative endeavours of student societies, many of which make use of its facilities and experienced staff. ICIA also presents a wide range of professional work, from theatre to dance to exhibitions, and organises regular classes in everything from ceramics to flamenco which are open to those from the University as well as the general public. It is also an academic research centre commissioning new arts projects regionally and nationally and frequently gives students the chance to work with visiting professionals.
