SORTED offer a wide variety of training sessions delivered by experts and professionals in topics from IT training to speed reading. Key transferable skills will certainly make you more appealing to potential employers, but SORTED also offer a range of seminars and workshops specifically for postgraduates. Their programme is constantly developing, so it's well worth regularly checking either this page or (for more detailed information) the SORTED website>>

Nearly all SORTED training is free. However, to take part you need to become a member by paying a £10 deposit. The deposit is refunded at the end of the semester if you attend all the sessions you sign up for (or give at least 2 days' notice if you can't attend).

Future Foundations is coming to the University of Bath to run a postgraduate and undergraduate development day. Together with the Students’ Union they will organise a day of training and events which will help Bath students to gain the edge on graduation. A day-time workshop will introduce you to concepts like 'informational interviews', and 'building a network'. The evening networking event will challenge you to test your skills, get valuable feedback from short, structured interviews and try networking with local and national businesses.

This FREE workshop is repeated 3 times during the day so you can book at the session which is best for you but the morning session is for postgraduates only.
