Are you over 21, or do you feel you may have more life experience than some of the other students who are joining straight from school or college? The mature students group has been set up to cater for students, who because of life experience and differing priorities do not feel, although they get on with fellow students, that they are not always coming from the same place.
 
 
All the student groups have a student's representative, who is here to take forward your views to help improve things in the Union and University. While there are hundreds of clubs and societies that you can choose from, (if there is not one to suit you then we can help you to set one up), these student groups organize social events for you to get to know others, so you can have a good time and at the same time share information and experience with others.
