UNIVERSITY OF BATH NETBALL:  The Netball club is one of the largest and most successful clubs at the University of Bath, besides being the most fun! The club has just expanded to have five BUSA teams in competitive leagues this year. This means that more members than ever before will have the chance to represent the University, improve their game in competitive scenarios and play against people of a similar, if not slightly inferior skill level. For those who get in to the 1st team, there is an opportunity to train with the high performance squad based here at the University of Bath! We also pride ourselves on organising the best social events, so if you make it in to one of the teams, prepare to be initiated in style!

TOUR!!!

For anyone that's been on tour before, this needs no explaining! An absolute MUST for anyone who loves netball, spain (so hopefully sun), partying and plenty of banter!

This year, the plan is to coach it to Lloret de Mar, just along the coast north of Barcalona. A pretty long drive yes, but keeps the cost down and is SO worth it! There'll be thousands of British students from all over the country and from different sports. Absolutely anyone who is part of the netball club can go. Details are...

Dates: Sat 28th March - Fri 3rd April (first week of the easter break) leaving from uni.

Accomodation: 4 nights in spain (2 on the coach). Standard rooms of 3 or 4. We'll have a pool and be right next to the beach. For £20 we'll get breakfast and dinner for the 4 days.

Day/night time: Transfer to a nearby sports facility to play 2 days of netball with professional referees. A few days off to soak up any sun there might be. Free entry to clubs. Confirmed DJs so far are Scott Mills and the Scratch Perverts. Fancy dress compulsary- themes tbc.

Cost: £219 including 2 meals a day (bargain!!) then a £50 refundable deposit if we're good.
