Lifesaving
The University of Bath Lifesaving Club is an ideal way of learning some basic lifesaving skills. We will teach you how to perform CPR, how to save someone from drowning, how to treat someone in shock or who is bleeding and much, much more.
We are affiliated with the Royal Life Saving Society and will help you obtain awards and qualifications. During the academic year there are numerous competitions where you can put the skills learned to practice in and out of the pool. There are plenty of socials throughout the year both in Bath and around the country at Lifesaving competitions.
The Lifesaving Club is an excellent way to learn something new that could save your own life or someone else's while you make many new friends. Feel free to drop in to one of our training sessions to find out more
