Collecting your card

The cards will be issued from your Union from the 1st September. Below are details of where you need to go!

1st - 19th Sept
Students' Union reception, Level 2, Norwood House Monday-Friday only
 
22nd - 25th Sept (Freshers' Week)
1 East 3.6
Mon 12-4pm
Tue – Thurs 9.30am -4pm
 
26th Sept
NUS Extra cards can be purchased at the Freshers Fair 10am – 4pm
 
29th-3rd Oct
Elements, Level 3, Norwood House
10am-4pm
 
6th Oct-10th Nov
Students' Union Reception, Level 2, Norwood House Monday-Friday only,
11am-3pm
 
13th Nov onwards
Students' Union Reception, Level 2, Norwood House Monday-Friday only,
12pm-2pm
 

Activating your card

In order to use your online discounts, your card needs to be activated.

The activation is done by your union - once you have purchased your card, we
send your NUS Extra card details to NUS Extra*, who activate your card.
 
You will receive a notification email from NUS Extra once your card has been
activated.
 
From 1st - 19th Sept, information will be sent on a weekly basis, every
Friday. Your card should be activated by the following Tuesday.
 
22nd Sept - 3rd Oct, the information will be sent daily. You will need to
allow for 3 working days from the day your card has been issued.
 
4th Oct onwards, the information will, again, be sent on a weekly basis,
every Friday. Your card should be activated by the following Tuesday.

*please note this is basic information - we do NOT send all your personal
details
