The Postgraduate Research Experience Survey (PRES) is open now, and as the only national survey of the PGR experience is taken seriously by the University and Students' Union as a means of understanding what matters to PGRs and where to make improvements.
Recent PRES results have been key drivers for change in developing research culture on campus, with increased networking and researcher development initiatives, and the Students' Union are pushing for changes to training and monitoring of supervision.
You complete the survey with a unique link, included in an email which you should have received. Please look in your University email inbox for an email from: learningandteaching@bath.ac.uk.
All survey results are confidential to the research team, although departments will get summarised results and your (anonymised) comments to help us improve your experience as a research student. Please take 15-20 minutes to fill the survey in. The Students' Union are also offering a £200 prize for a random student who completes the survey.
