We have agreed with First that a representative from the company will log in on a regular basis and respond to your discussion points.This forum is here for you to discuss the service provision with the aim of productive discussion resulting in solutions, it isn't just a place to have a rant.

Alongside this forum, your sabbatical team will be out and about all of next week with CTV recording your opinions on camera. If you are dissatisfied with the current service then this is your chance to show the University and First that a change is required.
