On-Campus Job
If you have just got a job with the University of Bath (this includes the Students’ Union), you need to complete some paperwork to ensure you get paid.
If this is your first job with the University (or you have worked before but have been removed from the system) you need to complete the following forms:
You will need to get your employing department to sign off your registration form, then you can bring all the documents to JobLink. You will also need to bring evidence of your eligibility to work in the UK (Passports/visa etc.) A full list of acceptable documents can be found outside our office (1E 3.11), or can be be viewed by clicking on the relevant link List A - Documents that provide on going eligibility to work. List B - Documents that provide evidence of eligibility to work for up to twelve months. Documents that are not accepted.
Please note that photocopies will not be accepted.
If you already have a job on campus you only need to complete the Casual Worker Starter Form and the contract. In order to get paid on or around the 25th of the month, you need to get all your completed documents to JobLink by the last day of the month. We are tied in with payroll deadlines so please do not ask us to bend the rules for you. You can check your generic job description and the Casual Worker Payscales online by clicking here.
