Advertising your Vacancy
If you are ready to advertise your vacancy, please follow the steps below.
- Ensure your advert complies with our code of practice.
- Complete the vacancy form. Please remember that it will appear exactly how you type it, so list any staff benefits at the top and put a decent job description in - students want to know what they will be doing. Also state what hours you are looking for. You must include the pay rate, otherwise we cannot advertise the job for you.
- Email the vacancy form to joblink@bath.ac.uk
Charges
Please note that we have introduced new charges to help cover administration costs.
When you place an advert with us, please specify which option you would like (1, 2 or 3) from the charges leaflet. You will not be reminded when your advert is about to expire, so please make a note and email JobLink if you would like to extend it (this is subject to further cost).
We also need to know how you wish to pay. The simplest way to pay via our e-shop. Alternatively you can download the details of how to pay via other methods from this document.
Charges do NOT apply to University positions.
Please let us know as soon as you have filled your vacancy. This ensures students are not wasting your time and theirs by applying for jobs which have been taken.
