Title: Crew
Hours: Between 20 and 40 hours over 9 days not including training
Start date: Week Commencing 17th September
The crew provide a key point of contact for all new students interacting with them on a daily basis, throughout Freshers’ Week and beyond. They provide a vital link between the SU and the new students, encouraging involvement in all the weeks’ activities
Freshers' Week 2012 runs from 22nd September until 30th September

To support Freshers’ Week Event Managers (FWEMs) and the Captains in the running of Freshers’ Week
-
To welcome, support and mentor the new students during Freshers’ Week and the academic year
-
To work within the Freshers’ Week team to provide students starting in 2012 a comprehensive introduction to the University of Bath and the Students’ Union
-
To provide ongoing contact between the Students’ Union and new students throughout the academic year
-
To help with directing traffic, issuing and selling wristbands, evening events and any other activities during Freshers’ Week

To be the first point of contact for new students

To visit kitchen groups on a daily basis

To provide a friendly and fun yet safe environment for the new students, helping to make FW12 the best Freshers’ Week so far!
