First year's check out housing for 2010/2011

Properties and rooms available for the academic year 2010/2011 start being listed on the University database, www.bathstudentpad.co.uk from 12th February 2010 for council accredtied accommodation. Non-accredited vacancies will be added on 24th February 2010. Once 2010/2011 private sector availability is listed, the database is continually updated as the University Accommodation Office are notified of the relevant information.

Students are strongly recommended NOT to be pressurised by landlords or letting agents to commit to anything BEFORE the University database becomes available.  Bath has plenty of private sector accommodation available.

Once you have your contract don't forget to bring it to AWARE to be explained to you and checked for unfair terms.
