How do I buy tickets for events?

Score and Flirt! tickets are now available online.
Visit the 'How to buy tickets' page all will be explained.  
For all of your other favourite events, tickets are available from the Plug bar.

Can I bring a guest who isn't a member of the Students' Union?

You are able to bring two guests to any event.
There is a signing process on entry, you will need to have your Student identification and your guest(s) will need photographic identification (only Passports or UK card drivers licences are accepted as proof of age).
To ensure the Students' Union Bars is a safe environment the above rule is strict and no exceptions will be made.
You will be responsible for their actions while they are on the premises, so make sure you know and trust the people you are signing in.

Is there a cloakroom in Elements?

The cloakroom is situated in the entrance to Elements.
It is a £1 per item and is open for all Students' Union Events.
Items are left at your own risk. Bath University Students Union can not take any responsibility for any items lost stolen or damaged.

Is there wheelchair access to Elements?

There are two lifts.  
East Norwood provides access into the Plug Bar via the East Offices door situated by the pool tables.  
If you require access into an event please notify a member of staff as the second lift is operated by a key system.

I have lost something at an SU event, who should I contact?

Lost property will be taken to Students' Union reception.
If you are unable to recover your item lost property forms are available from the Plug Bar or the Bars Office.
