Activities and Events


Wednesday 5th March 12pm-2pm AWARE Volunteers will be out on the Parade with information about mental health and where students can get support.  You can stick your top tip for what to do when you're feeling blue on our stress wall and find out where you can get advice if you are worried about a friend.

Friday 7th March 12pm-2pm AWARE Volunteers will be out on the Parade giving you top tips about beating exam and workload stress.  Find out what your learning style is and get some information about techniques to help you revise better.

SORTED are running a number of courses this semester which could help you if you are worried about exams or would like to know how to manage your time so you're not so stressed.
