Complaints Procedure
If you want to complain about a service, member of a department, your course or your department then the University has in place procedures to help you to do so.
The procedures can be downloaded below although they can be confusing so we would suggest that you contact AWARE to talk through your concerns first.
The department/service will view a formal complaint as one which has been written down, so if you wish to make a formal complaint you will need to write a letter to the appropriate person. AWARE can help you with writing this letter and can look through drafts of your letter before you submit it to make suggestions or comments.
There are no time restrictions which you have to meet in submitting a letter of complaint.
