This is your BUCS user name, e.g. abc123.

Student Number *

This 9 digit number is allocated to you by the University and should be on letters that you have received from it.
For returning students, your student number can be found on the front of your library card.

Date of Birth *  

Enter your date of birth in the format dd/mm/yyyy.
